Michael Böttcher

Michael Böttcher has been working for SOLID TRUST Corporate Finance since 2017, first as working student and as analyst since 2021. Having completed several corporate transactions, he has gained vast experience in a wide range of industries, including waste management, logistics, pharmaceuticals, services and manufacturing. With his know-how, especially in financial analysis and company valuation, he supports national and international clients in complex M&A transactions.

Michael Böttcher studied business administration and business law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law and taxation.
