Partner – Mergers & Acquisitions (m/f/d)
We are looking for qualified M&A professionals as future Partners for our M&A advisory company at the earliest possible date.
We are looking forward to receiving applications from individuals with significant years of professional experience with a strong industry focus, e.g.:
- Waste management and recycling
- Manufacturing companies in various industries, such as general engineering or plastics processing
- Energy and utilities
- Chemicals, pharmaceuticals / healthcare
- Mechanical and plant engineering
- Industrial services
- Logistics
Your Tasks
- Independent acquisition of national and international buy and sell mandates
- Independent M&A project management and execution
- Leading the project team through all phases of a systematic M&A process
- Maintaining and expanding your own and existing network as well as existing customer relationships
Your Profile
- You have a qualified university degree and solid and well-founded professional experience in the national and international M&A business
- You work hands-on across all modules of the M&A process and are an independent worker, a team player and have excellent negotiating skills
- Mergers & Acquisitions are your vocation and you want to take on entrepreneurial responsibility
- You are business fluent in German end English
