History

SOLID TRUST Corporate Finance was founded in 2001 as FALK & Co Corporate Finance GmbH by Raoul-Andreas Habermehl and FALK GmbH & Co Revisions- und Treuhand-Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, based in Heidelberg. In 2009, Werner Böttcher joined the company as a partner. The two partners Raoul-Andreas Habermehl and Werner Böttcher contribute their many years of experience and contacts from professional positions in leading banks, consulting firms and market-leading technology companies. Moritz Marquardt has been working for the company since 2010 and is now part of the senior management team.

Since early 2021, the company has been operating as an independent and autonomous consulting firm under the new name SOLID TRUST Corporate Finance GmbH, based in Mannheim.
