Junior Consultant (Associate) – M&A (m/f/d)
We are looking for qualified project managers to expand our M&A advisory team at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
- Support in the acquisition of national and international buy and sell mandates
- Extensively independent handling of M&A (sub-)projects and support of the responsible partners and directors
- Participation through all phases of a systematic M&A process (from pitch to ongoing project execution to closing)
- Preparation of a professional information memorandum (factbook)
- Financial analysis & financial modelling
- Company valuation
- Market analysis and prospect/target research
- Due Diligence management
- Maintenance and expansion of own and existing network as well as existing client relationships
Your Profile
- You have a qualified university degree and solid and well-founded initial professional experience (2-3 years) in the national and international M&A business – either from relevant activities at an M&A advisory firm, investment bank or in-house M&A
- From your previous professional experience, you are proficient in the methods of the individual M&A process stages
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are an independent, goal-oriented and reliable worker
- You are business fluent in German and English
