History

SOLID TRUST Corporate Finance was founded in 2001 as FALK & Co Corporate Finance GmbH by Raoul-Andreas Habermehl and FALK GmbH & Co Revisions- und Treuhand-Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, based in Heidelberg. Founded by experienced partners who contribute many years of experience and contacts from professional positions in leading banks, consulting firms and market-leading technology companies.

Since early 2021, the company has been operating as an independent and autonomous consulting firm under the new name SOLID TRUST Corporate Finance GmbH, based in Mannheim.
